Welcome to the XI Batumi World of Nations Folk Dances Festival ‘ART BATUMI’ in the vibrant Black Sea port of Batumi, Georgia. We invite folk dance ensembles of all ages to celebrate cultural diversity and perform against the backdrop of Batumi’s modern skyline and seaside promenade.

Participation Info

We welcome children’s, youth, and adult folk dance ensembles.

General Rules:

• Performances lasting 5–10 minutes (live music preferred; recorded acceptable)
• Bring your national flags
• Prepare at least 2 different performances
• Dancer age limit: 8–60 years (accompanying persons excluded)
• Groups arrange their own transport

Accommodation & Fees

Participation Fee:

• €200 – 4 nights full board (3 meals per day) in 3-star hotels

Included by Organizers:

• One free participation per 25 dancers
• Attendance certificate for each participant

Arrival & Departure:

• Arrival: 02 July – 12:00
• Departure: 06 July – 12:00 (after breakfast)

Payment Terms

• Advance payment: amount to be agreed
• Balance due 15 days before the festival or upon arrival at the hotel
