We are pleased to invite you to The Romagna International Spring Choir Festival, held from 8 to 10 May 2026 in the beautiful Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.

This unique choral celebration will take place in historic baroque churches across iconic cities such as Rimini, Riccione, Cesena, Ravenna, and Cesenatico. Surrounded by the beauty and charm of Italy’s cultural heartland, choirs will have the opportunity to share sacred music and participate in a heartfelt international experience.

 Festival Highlights

• Performances hosted in baroque churches throughout the region
• Welcoming diverse choirs including:

• Polyphonic choirs
• Gospel choirs
• Male, female, mixed choirs
• Youth & children’s choirs
• Parish & Alpine choirs
• Religious/sacred repertoire only
• Final night: mass choir performance

 Participation Info

General Rules

• All performances must feature sacred or religious music
• Performances may be a cappella or accompanied (organ/piano provided)
• Choirs must bring their own instruments (excluding organ)
• All groups must arrive by 13:00 on Friday, 8 May 2026
• Groups arrange their own transportation to the region

Option 1: Half Board (with concert transfers)

• €260 pp (twin room)
• €240 pp (3rd/4th person in room)
• Includes: 3 nights, breakfast, lunch/dinner with water, festival registration, city tax, performance transfers, personal coordinator

Option 2: Half Board (no concert transfers)

• €230 pp (twin room)
• €210 pp (3rd/4th person in room)
• Includes: 3 nights, breakfast, lunch/dinner with water, festival registration, city tax, personal coordinator

Option 3: Bed & Breakfast (with concert transfers)

• €225 pp (twin room)
• €205 pp (3rd/4th person in room)

Option 4: Bed & Breakfast (no concert transfers)

• €195 pp (twin room)

Extras:

• Extra night: €50 (half board), €40 (B&B)
• €5/night supplement for non-performing companions

Payment Policy:

• 30% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation
• Full payment due 1 month before event
• Cancellations refundable only if made more than 10 days prior
